adequate pool space, convenient laundry room, central location to restaurants
Internet connectivity feels like it's stuck in the past!!! Laundry machines backed up often and cleanliness leaves something to be desired!!! The stoves are outdated and dirty, not worth the struggle!!!

The room was comfortable and very clean, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our family. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. However, we experienced issues with the sofa bed's linens, as the hotel didn't provide extra clean sheets when requested. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, making it hard to see clearly. The overall upkeep of the building felt neglected, with some maintenance concerns that detracted from our experience.

Friendly staff and comfy stay
The front desk staff here is seriously the best! They were so friendly and helpful during my whole stay. My room was cozy and clean. The lake view was peaceful with birds and turtles. Just wish the breakfast had more options, but it did the job for mornings. Great place overall!

It was just a nice choice for a weekend in Jacksonville with excellent value for money. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested extra towels late at night. Make sure to use the laundry facilities early, as they can get busy.

The Deluxe Studio felt pretty comfortable and clean during my stay. I appreciated the spacious setup, especially with the two double beds. But I ran into a hiccup with the sofa sleeper. they didn't have extra clean linens when I asked. It was a bit dim lighting-wise in the room too, so that made things tricky in the evening.

I enjoyed the beautiful king-size suite, akin to a cozy one-bedroom apartment, which was tastefully decorated, and the cleanliness made the stay very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially for a senior traveler like me.
More elevator access would be beneficial for seniors.
